Bob the Builder is a children’s animated television show created in Britain by Keith Chapman. In the original series, Bob appears in a stop motion animated programme as a building contractor, specialising in masonry, along with his colleague Wendy, various neighbours and friends, and their gang of anthropomorphised work-vehicles and equipment. The show is broadcast in many countries, but originated from the United Kingdom where Bob was voiced by English actor Neil Morrissey. The show later used CGI animation starting with the spin-off series Ready, Steady, Build!. British proprietors of Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine sold the enterprise in 2011 to US toy-maker Mattel for $680 million.
Coloring pages can be a fun activity for kids and adults alike. They can help to improve fine motor skills, encourage creativity, and reduce stress. Do you have a specific theme or subject you would like to find coloring pages for?
Coloring books are where most kids start to develop their artistic dexterity. They are available relatively cheap, they are often related to cartoon characters or objects familiar to very young children. They provide guidelines for children who are learning to control their hand movements by "coloring inside the lines".
Coloring pages can also be a good way to make money if you are free landscape artist. If you can reproduce any character from cartoons or fairy tales, you can draw sketches of them and sell them, either online, either to a library store that can sell them and give you a part of the profit. You can also say that some people use the sketches as they are, black and white, without coloring them. The printable ones can also be used to make stickers and such. One disadvantage of printable pages in general is that they need paper, and as we know paper is made out of trees, and the planet needs trees to survive, but a good thing is that paper can also be recycled. In the near future, we'll probably see more and more online coloring pages, but the feeling won't be the same though.
You can find many clip arts with slightest modifications yet with different subject matters either, thus there is a continuing process of preparing, producing and using of these school clip arts by a lot of people. With everything else changing so fast, I believe it is valuable to retain some things essentially as they have ”always” been. Cartoon characters tend to constantly fall in and out of fashion. If the current trend is that of Ben 10 or the Incredible, you can easily generate hundreds of printable coloring sheet based only on these cartoon characters. The minuscule effort it takes to compile an on demand coloring book is worth the smile on your child’s lips.
